Twenty Three was contracted by Ed Sheeran’s tour management to design and manufacture the Plectrums and Chandeliers .

Both are complex structures and had to be designed in such a way that truck space and installation speed was optimal.

Less truck space is fundamental in the low carbon approach.

Twenty Three’s design team created a high level engineered frame system that enables the crew to install a full Plectrum in 20 minutes.

High precision was reached by our approach of Machining and Assembly process.

All was fully manufactured and assembled in our new Belgium Factory , having our inhouse CNC , Waterjet and Powder coating facilities “

For the Belgium factory, Twenty Three invested in the latest model Flow Waterjet.

6500bar/94000PSI dynamic waterjet cutting.

Doing so at a precision compared to CNC and with no heat bending.
